Sometimes do you see a business and wonder how that business came to be, who owns and operates it and what that business really does?  Well let me tell you a story about Glacier Gate and Control.   

Glacier Gate and Control is one of three businesses that is a subsidiary company of Jackson Industries, Inc. A Montana based business that is family owned and operated by Jeremy and Asia Jackson of Kalispell, Montana.   Both Jeremy and Asia grew up in Montana where they are now raising their three children who are also a big part of helping with their businesses.  

Before Glacier Gate and Control was established Jeremy owned a fencing business in the Flathead Valley. In 2018 Jeremy and Asia got married. How they met is a story for another day.  When they got married Asia worked at her family’s business while also helping Jeremy run the fencing company.  After a few months of running the business together Asia quit her job of 13 years.  She was able to work from home while being a stay-at-home mom raising their two boys, and then a while later their baby girl. 

While running the fencing business Jeremy discovered that he found his niche and enjoyment for maintaining and installing automatic security gates.  After jumping back and forth between building fences and wiring gates, Jeremy decided he wanted to focus his attention on the gate aspect of business.  That is when Advanced Fence was renamed Glacier Gate and Control and in 2022 both Jeremy and Asia started planning their next business venture.  Starting a new business from the ground up has not only been a challenge for the family but rewarding in so many ways.  Together they keep accomplishing their goals.   

The Jackson Family has been blessed to start this business not only because they get to work together as a family, but they get to serve their community and surrounding areas as well as having the opportunity to travel around Montana working on different projects.  They have met and worked with so many amazing people and companies.  They both thrive on customer service and quality of workmanship.
